I am going for Eva I saw that 10 is married but how do you unlock 9 then get married in stardew it was an item is it the same with an item and how do you get it ?

Eva doesn't have a 9th heart event. After her 8th heart event you'll need to just trigger her 10th heart event then you can propose marriage. Steps for them are in the 1.0 hearts guide here: https://discord.com/channels/623097219628662784/1174785386346725427
and you unlock the 9th and 10th heart by giving them a locket, which you buy from the blacksmith. However in order to give them the locket you have to view all of her prior heart events (including the 8th one). Same goes for marriage have to view all the prior ones.

Also make sure you have your house upgraded as well if you want to propose 😉

Ok thanks I get to upgrading the House in stardew you had to do the same would you have to upgrade it again for kids like stardew

Yeah, the final upgrade for the house adds two adjacent rooms strictly for the kids (can't alter the look of them). The upgrade after you get the kitchen, adds the 2nd floor and your partners room in the back
