I bought a house pet for outdoors and a bed for indoors, but my pet doesn't go outside it only stays at home. Is this a bug?

It's a bug, as pets are supposed to go out side but are not, even if you have an indoor pet bed and outdoor pet house in place.

No there isn't, will have to wait for a future patch / update from Stairway.
