I just went to bed and saved my game (I’m on console) then my game crashed and when loading back into the game my save file was gone and the only option that comes up when I click play is to create a new game. I’m around 30 hours in and it feel really bad that my game is just completely gone. I was one the last couple days of winter. I think the Winter festival had just ended the day it crashed.
I’m on ps5 specifically

literally me too, PC crashed on me earlier and my save file from 2022 still exists but my new save file from 2 days ago has been completely wiped

Unfortunately I don’t I wasn’t expecting my save file to be completely gone when I logged back in.🫤
The closest thing I have to proof is the hours played is shown on the PlayStation. And I don’t have a game file to show for it

Does your save file still exist but your game date rolled back to your previous day, or does your save file completely disappear from the game? Would you be able to share a screenshot of save file list from the menu? 🙂

Contact Humble. Thats what I was directed to do by Microsoft. They MIGHT be able to restore the save but it would have to be on their end cause the games servers would need to be accessed. It’s a long shot but at least a little bit of hope

I cannot believe this has been going on since November and still hasn't been addressed. Does this game even have a dev team anymore? It should be removed from Gamepass.
