Does anyone know if her 10 ❤️ event is bugged ? It seems that I can't activate it, and I'm sad (for this, and also because it seems that barely no one love her, cf. polls pretty much everywhere)

Make sure you've seen all heart events prior, and also see if you're getting mail from her. Most 10 heart events come with mail from the person
