#Replay Necessary Multiplayer Update?

Hi Coral Island I want to start a replay but ive done this 3 times.. I just want to know if multiplayer update (as per roadmap) will need us to restart playthroughs etc. or anything else u are adding in recent future that i may want to wait on? Thanks a lot in advance
