This isn't an option in the game, there's no form of animal breeding, and there's no incubator in the coop. Any new animals you'd want you'd have to purchase from Jack's Ranch.

Aw that's a shame... I was looking everywhere for it because the shop said you should have one in your coop. Hopefully it gets implemented soon.
