hi, i really cant trigger the 10 heart event for zarah, i followed the romance guide and entered the beach during the day, during the night waited all day everything. Can it only tigger on the day you get the letter and if yes why is she not sending another one? Any knowledge on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

Try a different time of day. There were some minor changes to some of the characters final heart event that we haven't been able to nail down what works and doesn't. So if you've tried during the "morning", try afternoon, evening and night timeframes and see if that triggers it.
