I am trying to unlock the lake temple to make donations but I haven't received the mythical dream quest. I interact with one of the sacred trees and it says "You do not understand what this means." Not sure what I'm supposed to do?

What day are you on, as if my experience this doesn't happen till at least the 2nd week in-game, so around the 7th or the 8th after having the custscene with Connor in front of the Commuity Center.

In the early morning head from your farm to the town center, should trigger an event with the mayor, if it doesn't happen for you on the 7th, it should happen on the next day. I've had it happen mostly on the 8th
