#PC shutting down after the first load for the game's first cutscene

Reproduction steps:
My PC every time I try to load a saved save or try to create a new game the PC turns off out of nowhere, if I create a save this happens after the character is created and the game starts to load so this only happens when the screen goes black and the loading symbol appears in the corner of the screen, if I manage to get through the tutorial it happens between 25 seconds and a minute and it turns off my PC. I've tried every type of game on this machine and none of them did that.

Repro Rate:
This happens 100% of the time, I've already tested it 7 times

Crash log :
No, it happens too quickly to generate a log

Steam: v1-147
Xbox Game Pass Pc: v1-4

Game Platform:
I tested on Steam and Xbox Game Pass PC

PC and GPU specs details:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz
Motherboard: B150m-D3H DDR3
Memory: 16GB DDR3
Operating System: Windows 11 Pro
GPU: Nvidia Gtx 750 1gb Zotac
despite the video card having 1gb, when he finished the tutorial it was between 40 and 55 fps maximum until the pc turned off again.

Yes, I can record, oh I realized that this is a bit random sometimes and when the game starts loading it turns off, other times it turns off when trying to move on to the next day.
