Lagging when running

Not sure if this was reported already but Im playing on Game Pass on Xbox series s and often enough when I run or walk around town my game lags

Did you recently open your map when this happens? That’s usually what causes it for me but after I’m playing for about 20 minutes or so it stops doing it.

It happens when I first start playing before I even leave the house. I played for 2 hours or so it happened throughout
