On Xbox there seems to be grass I’m not able to cut. Now I have a scarecrow stuck on one and I want to move it. Is this a bug or do I just need to upgrade scythe currently bronze level?

I had this happen to me, and once I proceeded to the next day I was able to cut the grass w/o issue. Also restarting the game might help if progressing to the next day doesn't.
