I received a letter in my mailbox telling me to go west of the diving location at 6 p.m. The letter was not signed. Went to the beach and no cutscene. Tried going to location from different directions. Has anyone else triggered this? Who wrote the letter?? Thanks!

It's one of the NPCs from town! I won't tell you who just in case LMAO but don't worry about missing out on any big story content.
Did you approach the beach in front of Sunny's shack instead of the beach nearer to the lighthouse? For me the cutscene triggered walking near Coral Inn and facing the direction of the lighthouse

I started out from my farm to the beach. I'll see if I can get it to trigger. If not, there is always my next playthrough. Thanks!!
