I've seen similar reports from others but none of them seem to have the kind of specs that I do

Reproduction steps:
Seemingly random, it is sometimes crashing on load, sometimes at random points during the day while playing, there doesn't seem to be any kind of common link.

Repro Rate:
Seemingly random, have tried loading to game 20 times today and it has crashed 15 of them on load, on managing to get into the game on the other 5 attempts it has crashed 3 of them on my first day playing and 2 on the second day of playing

Crash log :
I unfortunately can't currently locate the crash logs but have attached the pop up I am getting every time, happy to add a log file if I can be instructed on where to find it for XBox Game Pass

1.4.0.0

Game Platform:
XBox Game Pass

PC and GPU specs details:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor 3.8 GHz
GPU: NVUDUA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
RAM: 16 GB
HDD/SSD: The game is installed on the second of my two 2 TB SSD, which currently has 1 TB of free space
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition, version 22H2, build 19045.3693

I don't have any recorded video of it. However the 5 times I've managed to load into the game it has been a different action every time, Chopping Wood on the Farm, Braking Stones of the Farm, Catching Bugs in the Forest, Fishing on the Beach, Talking to Leah in the Town

This is happening to me too. The last things I’ve done was leave the game on for like 2 hours, mine, and then go to bed. I would also like to note that I tried opening it while not connected to the Wi-Fi

Any idea as to when this crashing will be fixed I've tried playing the gane since releasing on game pass the crashes seem random some days I can go diving some days I can same for donations at the museum seems anything and everything can cause this problem

Hi, yeah, just got the game yesterday on Xbox Game Pass. Playing on Xbox S and it's crassed twice, losing progress both times. Once at the end of a festival after completing the tasks, and once going to bed as it was saving.

The crashes are unreal - Xbox series S here and gotta say these crashes make it nearly impossible to play also playing at 50% so when game crashes I loose a lot of progress - hoping they fix this soon really love this game
