#errands not spawning?

I completed one errand on day 2 or 3 of Spring and it didn’t count towards my merits when those started after the cherry blossom festival and I haven’t gotten another errand since then. Is this a bug? Does anyone have any advice for what to do? It’s a NG+ and I’m worried that if I start over I’ll lose my old save stuff

I also had a bug with errands; I completed at least 3 quests prior to the cherry blossom festival and only got the 40 merit points from that. I have had some since the cherry blossom festival though, so maybe you've just got bad luck there
