I’m a big achievement hunter but I feel that the game time is a little too fast. If I change the speeds, will I not receive any achievements? Just wondering, thank you!

I adjusted mine down to 50% and still get achievements. You're safe!

None of the Achievements are locked or missable if you alter settings in-game, change the speeds to your hearts content.
