I had two crashes when playing for about 14 hours yesterday. Both were the same circumstances. There was ocean trash on the same square as an NPC (in one case, it was Theo on the beach, in another case, it was one of the undersea friends you meet in the deep ocean). When I attempted to use the scythe on that tile, the game immediately crashed.

Experienced something similar twice yesterday. While using scythe to clear trash on beach and grass on farm / scythe froze mid swing. I was unable to get it moving again. I am playing on laptop (Windows).
