I am the 10 of spring and i did not have the mystical dream yet, On the wiki it say 7 of spring. I can not unlock the giants or the shrine without the dream i don't know what to do.

Guess its changed, now its on day 8 of spring
Ps : ling would give you message at day 8 too (unlock diving)

i did unlock diving but i am the 10 of spring and still did not get the dream

Maybe youve skipped it? Try going to one of the sacred trees and see if you can trigger the ||chieftain|| scene

i got nothing, and when i go to a shrine or a tree it say "i don't understand what is written"

Its loaded with newgame+ now so its fresh new save

the triggers are
town cut scene on day 4
weekend cutscene for town rank
then you get the dream the sleep after town rank
