Unreal engine crash

Hello, the game crashed before entering main menu. It is said unreal engine crash. I played on Steam, i have tried to reinstalling it but still doesnt work. The crash happened to me only after the 1.0 update (it worked fine before the update).

Hello! Can you check if your graphic card driver is up to date?
Can you also give us your PC specifications , graphic card details and if you're using HDD or SSD?

I have the same problem. This is my first time playing the game and I can't even get past the humble games opening credit 😔

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770HQ CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.20 GHz
Graphics card: Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro Graphics 5200
Ram: 16GB
Graphics driver up to date: Yes. Last checked 15 minutes ago

Hi @jovial lion ! Based on the crash log you received, there seems to be a compatibility problem with your device's graphics card. You can try updating your graphic card before you run the game. Lowering the game's graphic setting will also help reduce the crashes from happening!

The Iris Pro Graphics 5200 was an integrated graphics by Intel. Coral Island requires a dedicated graphic card to play. When you were using dedicated graphics before and the problem occurs now, it's because we need more power with every update.

Is it possible to change the game's graphics settings if I can't get through the launcher?

You can change your settings when the coral island game main page appears.

what if you can't get that far? I can't get past the second screen that says Humble Games. I'm running on a HDD with 16G ram. I have all the specs except the dedicated graphics card.
