Harvest first crop Quest

So my wife harvested her crops and she still has the quest that says harvest first crop. We are on ps5. Anyone knows what to do?

If she harvested them at the start of the day just reload the day and harvest again. We haven’t got much experience with PS5 as it’s only just come out. But most bugs can be fixed by reloading the day.
