Been trying to launch my game all day. It gets to the seizure warning and then goes black screen. I have no control of my computer after that.
I've Uninstalled and reinstalled.
I've checked for file validations
This is a brand new Gaming laptop with a RTX 4080 Graphics card and 32 RAM.
No other games are having this issue, please advise.

It's running Baulders Gate 3 fine on ultra. It's something in the launch but I'm not even getting a report.

I've been having the same issue with an SSD.
I just got a new graphics card for BG3 as well, and it runs that smooth as glass and with a podcast in the background for when I'm farting around swotting up monster encounters for XP.

Okay I figured it out. Windows 10 and 11 put Coral Island on the integrated video card by default. You have to manually set it to you graphics card.
How to Assign an Application to a GPU. To assign an application to a GPU, head to Settings > System > Display. Scroll down and click the “Graphics Settings” link. Select the application you want to configure.

Receiving this crash error message on PC (installed through Xbox GamePass)
Occurred after the developer splash screens but before main menu
I played the game on my PC one year ago to great extent. It seems the recent update has rendered the game inoperable on my system
Have tried playing on Xbox Cloud Gaming since this crash report, and made a few days progress. Unfortunately the game also crashed on Cloud Gaming, after Donating 10 items to the museum. I have logged this incident in thread dedicated to the 10 Item Donation issue.
