Even in borderless window mode I can't move my mouse across to my second monitor, is this something that can be fixed? 🙂

There isn't currently a way to do this without 3rd party software.
The reason it's the way it is is due to time progressing when you're not paused or in a menu, players could mouse over or alt tab and time would progress. Alt tabbing works but will instantly pause the game if not already in a menu. These settings are typical in farming sim games that have time / day progression.

or can you define what you mean by borderless? I'm successfully switching to other monitors and back to the game. But yes, the game is paused when we leave the window, and this is by design.

Hey Soma, currently the only way to access the 2nd monitor is to "tab" over, you can't mouse over from Monitor 1 to Monitor 2. Have to just Alt-Tab.
Basically in a vast majority of games that support borderless window mode, you can still mouse over from one monitor to the next, even if it pauses the current game window vs having to alt+tab over.
