#Game crashes at launch - unreal process has crashed

Hi,
I play on pc, windows 10, and i bought the game on steam when it was in early-access.
My game crashes everytime at launch. It started this back in early access (after a period of time during which i could play without any problem) but i thought it would be fixed by the official launch, unfortunately the problem continues.
There's a message saying "An Unreal process has crashed: UE4-Project coral". I can't even make it to the main menu before the message pops up.
I've tried several times uninstalling and reinstalling the game with no luck. I've also tried deleting previous saves, still nothing.
I've attached the unreal procces crash message.

Hi ! Based on the crash log you received, there seems to be a compatibility problem with your device's graphics card. you can try updating your graphic card before you run the game. Lowering the game's graphic setting will also help reduce the crashes from happening!

Coral Island requires a dedicated graphic card to play. When you were using dedicated graphics before and the problem occurs now, it's because we need more power with every update.

I'm so sorry. I can't seem to figure out how to make my own crash report. When I try the post button never highlights and stays dark and the search bar doesn't show up for me.

I get the game to open and often it shows two copies of it open and it just keeps seeming to crash right after the epilepsy warning.
