Just so happen to look through my old emails only to find out that Stairway games sent out an email to confirm the region the game back on Nov. 4th. I usually rely on KS Updates for news on the game and I don't recall seeing a notice of needing to confirm a region for the game once in any of the recent updates. Today is the first time I'm seeing this email and I wonder if that is why myself(and maybe a few others who select PS5) haven't received their codes yet.

Are the ones who received there PS5 codes so far also the ones who filled out the survey(which is now expired)? Is there anyone who is currently playing on the PS5 who did not fill out the survey? I sent an email a few minutes ago regarding my region, but hard to say how long it will be until I get it now. If you haven't received your PS5 code yet, it might be worth emailing them as you can.

Hmm, that's interesting. Out of curiosity, when it came to survey, did it only ask what region you wanted your code for? Did it ask for any other details?

Its been a minute, but I believe it was only region. I cannot remember anything else.

Gotcha! I haven't received any email or update on backerkit. At this point, I'll probably just go back to cleaning around the house and hope for news soon

I would say check you junk and spam to be on the safe side. Most the game updates come through my gmail, but when I backed Coral Island almost three years ago, that was with my yahoo, which I never check

I searched Stairway Games just to see if my code was their this morning and that's when I saw an email that was labeled - [IMPORTANT] Playstation Keys Region Pick

Which I didn't even see until today. What sucks is that the link for the survey expired a week ago, so I have no way to complete it. And I find it weird they there was no mentioned of needing to do so in any of the KS updates

I;ve checked spam, backerkit and everything. No key. I'm using the same email I used to back it on kickstarter.

Currently, it has been 24 hours since the games "official" release and to my understanding, there still has been zero confirmation, communication, or any form of clarity from the devs as to when we can expect to play or receive our PS5 codes, rather you received or didn't receive the survey, completed it or not.

Then from the reports I have seen, there seems to be number of graphical bugs and audio glitches on the PS5 as well. Makes me wonder how quickly those we patched up and addressed as well
