Crops Grades

Can someone please explain the crop grades? Like a the star color thing. I don’t know which one’s higher after silver.

Gold then osmium.

[blazing warren]

No star -> Bronze (looks red in game iirc) -> Silver -> gold -> Osmium (purple)
