Hi, sorry I’m new. I just wanted to ask if our progress will stay after the official release or will it be deleted?

it will be deleted, yes, except your money, specifically total earning. and dlc that you bought. this save file will turn into new game+

no, just the money from total earning and DLCs that you bought. you can sell all your stuff to increase your total earning
