literally every time it just gives the same report, tried like 4 times happens every time
i'm on mouse and keyboard using the xbox app

Fatal error providing feeback. Restarted game to provide feedback about crashing on feedback crashed again. 2 for 2 in 5 minutes. Doesn't really encourage feedback does it?

This happened in early access too, hoped it would be fixed upon full release
