I need some real help, I haven't been able to play since September... I'm already annoyed at having spent money on a game I can't play anymore, and the price here in Brazil isn't that cheap...

Hi. Thank you for the report. Have you tried reinstalling the game and updating your system device? Does the problem still occur?

Can you send us your save file? For Steam Deck, your save file would most likely be stored in 'compatdata' (filepath:/home/deck/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata). From there, you will see lots of folder with random number, Coral Island folder should be the one with code number '1158160'. Enter that folder, into the pfx folder, then drive_c folder, then you can follow the file path here: Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames to find your save file
