#Installing game on a new PC

I'm planning to get a new PC next week and since I'm not familiar with how the save works, here is my question.

  1. I bought the game via steam, if I install STEAM on the new PC do I need to buy the game again?
  2. Can I continue my save game if I install Coral Island (early access) on the new PC via STEAM?

As long as you're on the same steam account you wont need to buy it again
If you can cloud save you can keep the save game and most games let you so it should be fine but idk 100%
