Will there be a new steam key for full release? Also, I only recieved one steam key for early access when I bought the double access. Is that one key supposed to work for two accounts?

Yes, I have early access early bird streaming and early access standard.

Those are your two separate keys.
If you got two keys, one will be called early bird streaming and one will be standard.
