How frequently does it usually rain or storm in the fall? I'm trying to catch all the fish and the only fall ones I have left are the ones that recquire rain or storm. I'm on day 18 and it hasn't rained once all season and the forecast for the 19th is sunny. Is there a way to increase chances of rain?

weather is rolled weekly when you sleep on Sunday nights, so youd need to use backup saves from sundays to reroll weather each weekm if thats a goal
but in game there is no way to manipulate/influence weather
