#time doesn't move forward

So I hopped into my old save from a bit ago. I did make the save in a earlier version of EA, but now, time won't move forward. It's always at 6 am. No matter what I do

Check the time speed in your gameplay settings. Some people are reporting that it is set to 0% on older saves, despite that not being a standard setting. if so, try setting it somewhere between 50-100% and see if that fixes it.
