I got an error code:3 while saving my last play and I click load backup button and quit the game. Today I reopen the game, my backup save is gone. Please help me I don't want to start a new save, if need any detail feel free to ask🥹

Hi @west bay. Thank you for the report. Are you playing on Steam PC/Steam Deck/Xbox Game Pass? 🙂
If you're playing on Steam PC, you can access the save file and the backup under this file path: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames 🙂
You can also access the crash log under this file path: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes (the .xml file) and send the entire log here 🙂

The save file is still in my local folder but in-game save is not showed, Only showed the new one. Is it possible to recover the old one by myself?

Thank you for sending us the crash log, do you remember what you were doing in-game just before the crash occurred? 🙂
You can turn your backup save file into a save file by:
Open the "Backup" folder.
Copy the file named "SaveBackup_0_10.sav."
Paste it into the "SaveGames" folder and rename it from "SaveBackup_0_10.sav" to "DailySave_0.sav."
