Am I doing something wrong with my smelter? It seemed to pump out bronze bars just fine, but with silver it not only takes forever, but it appears that even if I put in 25 ore trying to get 5 bars, I only end up with one overnight if I'm lucky.

Higher tier items take a lot longer than lower tier ones! As long as the machine is still chugging, it's working

There was/is a bug that stopped makers from producing products, but I'm not sure if it's been patched or not. Spend another day in game and if it hasn't produced any more silver, you might try breaking and replacing the machine to fix it

Thanks!! Yeah, it's weird. The progress bar on it isn't even turning. If I break it and replace it, will I get back the ore and coal I put in it?
