If you are referring to the cheese press and mayo machines etc, then no. Those are craft-able items only at this time.

I say at this time because we don't know what all has changed or is staying the same with 1.0 launch. Most likely it will be the same but on the off change there is a change I always say at this time. Sorry if there was any confusion with that.
