Melfork kingdom cutscene problem

Hello, the question is that after completing all the "beacons" and removing the black root, I went to the door of the kingdom and nothing happened: no scene, nor did the supposed puzzle light up or anything else, not even when I left I got the supposed Ling scene to improve the suit. I read in a reedit thread that this person had solved it by restarting the anchor and then swimming until the scene came up, but it didn't work for me. I don't know if it has anything to do with rank, I've reached D in both the ocean and city parts. Likewise, when I reached the ocean D rank it didn't notify me, however, when I reached the city one it did tell me what I had gotten new at the end of the day.

Reset your diving then swim to the first place you saw the merfolk. Use your anchor to leave. Hopefully king will meet you at the dock and start the “quest” to get your diving suit 2.0. It appears after the BoS shield when it gets upgraded.

If that doesn’t work, then you probably just need to sell everything ready for 1.0 as you won’t be able to do anymore on the save anyway. But you can bring your gold to your new 1.0 save.
