Screen Shotting in the game causes an issue with movement

I was not sure if this may be a problem with the app I use to screen shot or an issue in the game (which is why I have it posted here)
There has been a few times when I have screen shot the game when I find a bug etc and every time I do and get back into the game after getting the screen shot it causes the movement of my character to become very slow and my character is unable to turn so my character is running facing one way only. The app I use for getting screen shots is called ShareX. Has anyone else had this happen?
