I’ve purchased the game on steam and play the gamepass version on Xbox. I would like to know if i purchased the Xbox version would I eventually be able to play on console? I don’t want 2 pc versions and I’ll just buy the console release if it doesn’t transfer. Thanks 😊

There will not be cross platform save playing / transfers - due to this a PC game pass file would not be accessible on Xbox game pass

Actually, because PC gamepass & Xbox gamepass have the same cloud you can access it both on your XBOX & PC!
