For some reason I am unable to get Joko's 3 heart (and 5 heart, since I'm now up to 5 hearts) cutscene. The wiki says community center 11-17 sunny. Is that correct? I've been going in at different times on sunny days and a few times on rainy ones just in case.

i default to coral.guide vs wiki bc guide is able to auto update but wiki is manually done 🙂
from checking there, requirements are:
seen all previous cutscene (which you did)
community center
11am-5pm / 1100-1700
Sunny weather only

Weird though :/ I've definitely hit all that criteria. Maybe I need to go back to the carpenter's and triple check I did see cutscene #1

Yeah, I've somehow bugged the cutscene then. I know I've seen the 2-heart and I tried to trigger it again just in case, but I still can't get the 3-heart to trigger even with all the right conditions.
Is there any way to... reset cutscenes, for lack of a better word?
(I think what might have happened was I entered the community center when both that and a different community center cutscene was set to happen, and the other one happened instead and locked me out of Joko's?)

cutscenes if you have multiple in an area they play one after another
