Pets outside the house

Heyyy, friends!! I would like to know if it's possible for our adopted pet (e.g. cats) to go out or if it stays forever inside our house. I bought the giant pet house, but I am not sure if it is only for the larger dogs, can you help, please? ❤️ Thx

Currently pets can only be inside.
