I've been receiving gong's quest about disguise wanted and I couldn't find royal grape blazer to finish the quest.
I've checked the clothing store and the blazer isn't there. Is there anyone who knows where to find the royal grape blazer?

You need a particular rank to unlock it, iirc
However, do note that the blazer itself is not purple - it will be brown.
