Im stuck pretty early in diving, i have all the se pulu orbs unlocked but cant progress into dua pulu, but i cant enter the se pulu cave either. Im pretty lost on what to do :(

No, the oracle is the purple tailed merfolk you meet when you meet the king

Oh i dont think im there yet but i dont know how to get there, i cant do anything underwater anymore, is it after the sound puzzle?

There’s no sound puzzle. It’s a gate.

If you haven’t got the cutscene in bronze zone, you can’t progress into silver. If you haven’t got the second suit and at least one goddess offering done, you can’t get to the kingdom
(The root will retreat if you get close if the area is open btw)

That orchestra stuff is not implemented, and you need to clear silver to reach the gates.
Past bronze the pathing gets specific.

Because you missed an area you need to clear
You have to clear specific areas in a specific order to progress in that zone. The pathing can be confusing if you miss anything
