House Upgrade Problem

Hey, I upgraded my house. First the second floor with two rooms, but I can only place things in the front room. And now I upgraded my house another time (adding two rooms in the second floor) and I can't place there things either.. Please, help me. 😦

Is this still the case in v1? I see pictures where ppl decorated the Room on the second Floor, but i cannot do that ingame?

Reading a few posts, it should be available i guess, but when i tried putting furniture there I could not do that.

the room at the top center is a spouse room and you cant decor it, so is the kids room
