A quick question I was wondering if anyone knew if the plans for the heart events was for all of the romance candidates to have the same amount eventually? Right now its pretty uneven even with characters that were announced as romancebles from the beginning some of them have 2 while others have 6 or 7.

It's because not all of them are accessible yet.
The requirement for seeing a heart event is seeing all the ones before it. So if one of them is unavailable, you won't see anything later either.

(Unavailable includes anything from not implemented to bugged so not playing)
But, you should be able to see stuff to rank 8 withoit the locket eventually. Then for further stuff you'll need a locket.
