Most often the boat is there but Ratih is not so I cannot purchase anything. Is this normal?

night or day?

cuz they each have select times
days are tue/thur/friday

day market is 7:30 A to 11:59A

night is 8p to 10p-

out side of those hours you can't shop

Night.. I chech during those days but I only encounter her on some days. So I wonder if she's there every t/th/fri. Or just 1 time a week?

I think you should still be able to shop there without ratih, just click on the boat

You have to click on the boat to shop there. If you click on Ratih you’ll only talk to her, not open the shop menu

sometimes the shop is invisible- and so is she- it's a known issue. she's tehre during those times

she doesn't have to be visible. it just has to be during those times. she's always there- just a little buggy
