I need to catch a couple more ocean critters to have them all, but I find the instructions on where to find them a bit unclear. Unnamed area 1 doesn't mean anything to me without a map. Does anyone have more info on what is what in the ocean?

If you create the sturdy computer at the lab and get the insect chip it will show you what is spawning in each area at that particular time. You can switch between insects and critters.

also if you want the map, I've put it here under spoilers. unnamed area 1 refers to this map's unnamed area 1 for that depth, even though I don't think that map is on the wiki
it's bee's, it's elsewhere on the disc, but I'm too lazy to go look for it

I didn’t notice it at first, but there are 2 icons in the bottom left. Click the critter looking one and it takes you to the ocean map.
