I have cleared all the trash, done all of the shrines, and gotten the new diving suit BUT the roots will not retreat. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I also cannot understand the turtles either, and I thought the new diving suit would do that. I feel like I am missing something. I know exactly where the roots are but I feel like I'm going in circles underwater. Any advice would help!
