I donated all gems in the journal, but as it appears in the museum, I am missing 2 gems and I can't for the life of me figure out which 2 these are?!

i had it often on my beta file i had items on my journal but had forgot to donate them so had to triple check that even tho my journal had recorded the item, i had to make sure it made it to 'donated' 😅

Is it by chance a change that happens overnight instead of instant? Like the items appearing the next day?
All the items in my journal say donated, I will wait until next day and check it out again, will keep this updated.
