Hi, my game is crashing every time I complete the riddle to open the main gate to the Merfolk area. I have the quest to open it, I have the suit 2.0, and I can see the riddle (with the four seashells). I've experienced the crash three times now; each time, I complete the riddle, the screen goes black and music continues for a few seconds, then music stops and a few seconds later the game crashes. Posting my save file in the replies!

Have you tried holding F or X (for controller) to 'skip' the cutscenes?

I think the cutscene is freezing for some reason

Oh I saw the error message seems like a D3D, yes, seems like somehow your graphic card couldn't load that cutscenes. Please try skipping it, or lowering your graphic for now. Can I have your pc spec as well?

I’m playing on an HP Spectre x360, 11th gen Intel i7 processor w Iris Xe graphics, 16gb RAM, 64-bit, and I'm running Windows 11. Someone just let me know yesterday that my graphics card was the cause for another crash I was experiencing so it’s possible! My graphics settings are already pretty low, I’ll double check and try skipping late today

Tried again with all the graphics as far down as they go and holding F as soon as I finished the puzzle and still crashed 😦 if my graphics card is still the problem I'll hope later updates help and hold off for now.

Im having the same issue on xbox series S can’t make any further progress with cleaning the ocean. Should i make a new crash report as this is a couple of months old?
