i can't enter the weapon shop.

I was playing for some time, i completed all caves in the previous update but for some reason i can't access. ¿There's some form of triggering the quest? (I entered the final level of the earth mine and nothing)

Try going back to level 5 or 10 of the earth mine to see if it triggers it. Some people have had to retrigger some stuff after the update.
