I have tried using Flash a few times for quests and it never seems to work. I just used Flash III when I planted Dahlias for a quest. The quest was due in three days; the dahlias take four days and Flash III is supposed to "tremendously" increase growth speed. But now I'm on the day the quest is due and the dahlias I put Flash on are the exact same growth as the ones I didn't. Just curious if anyone else has noticed that it does work, or if there's maybe something I'm missing?
